Refund policy
At Tusha Designs, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. As most of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or limited in quantity, we generally do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
An unboxing video along with clear images of the product is shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be accepted.
Important Notes
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Slight irregularities in embroidery, fabric texture, print placement, or color variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Customized, altered, discounted, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Approval Process
Once we receive the images/video, our team will review the request. If the claim is approved, we may offer:
A replacement product,
Store credit, or
Refund in exceptional cases only.
