Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you wear. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.


Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

A return or exchange is only possible under the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong product.

  2. There is a genuine defect or error from our end during production.

  3. The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  4. You raised the request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

  5. The product is shipped back to us within 7 days of return request confirmation.


Important Notes

  • Images/videos of the defect must be shared as soon as you open the packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims.

  • Refunds are issued only for the product amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The return/exchange will be processed only after final inspection of the returned product.

  • Tusha Designs reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on product inspection.
