Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Tusha Designs, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. As a made-to-order brand, we minimize waste by producing garments only after an order is confirmed. This helps us stay sustainable while delivering quality-crafted pieces just for you.


Shipping Timeline

Domestic Orders:

  • Non-embroidered garments: Shipped within 6–8 business days, delivered in 10–15 days.

  • Embroidered dresses: Shipped within 10–15 business days, delivered in 20–25 days.

  • Embroidered sarees & heavy suits: Shipped in 2–3 weeks.

  • Bulk orders: Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days. You will receive an email with your estimated delivery date once your order is placed.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India — no hidden or extra charges.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number along with a link to the courier’s tracking page.

We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure prompt delivery. However, delays caused by these partners are beyond our control and we do not assume responsibility for them.


Damaged Parcels & Returns

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. Instead:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the damaged parcel.

  2. Share them with us for prompt assistance.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or return requests. Based on the situation, we will either initiate a refund or send a replacement.


Order Cancellations

All our pieces are made-to-order. Therefore:

  • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
